My name is Cathy. I’m a pupil. I am in Class 4, Grade 5. I go to school from Monday to Friday. I have Chinese, maths and English at school every day. I like Thursdays. On Thursday I have PE. I often play sports with my classmates. My PE teacher is Miss Jiao. She can play ping-pong well. We often play ping-pong with her. We all like her very much. What about your school life?

It’s a sunny day today. Today is Monday. This is my favourite(最喜爱的) day. In the morning, we have Chinese, maths and English. I love English very much. My English teacher is Miss Liu. She is young and pretty. She has long hair. She is very kind. In the afternoon, we have computer class. I can play computer games. My computer teacher is very funny. He often tells us some jokes(笑话). We all like Monday. It’s nice.

I like school days, because I can learn（学习） many things from school. We have four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon. I like weekends, too. We don’t go to school on Saturdays and Sundays. I often play ping-pong and play basketball on Saturday morning. I often play the violin on Saturday afternoon. I often do homework and play football on Sunday morning. I often go to the park on Sunday afternoon.

I’m a student in Class Four, Grade Three. My name is Mary. I’m nine. My twin brother’s name is Li Mao. And we are in the same school, and in the same grade, but he is in Class Three. Look! That is our school. It is very nice. There are many trees and flowers in it. Our school is not big. There are twenty classes in our school. There are about fifty students in every class. We have eighty teachers and one headmaster (校长). The headmaster is Mr. Black. He is very strict. After (在……之后) class, we often play basketball or football. Our school life is very colorful (丰富多彩的). We like our school, our headmaster, our teachers and our class.

There are seven days in a week. They are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday is the first day of the week. The time between Friday evening and Monday morning is the weekend. From Monday to Friday, we usually go to school. We have Chinese, maths, English, science, art, music and PE at school. I like art best, because I like drawing cartoons. My favourite day is Saturday, because I often listen to music and play ping-pong on Saturdays. On Sundays, I often read books in the morning and watch TV in the afternoon. I have a good time on the weekend.
