Parents show their love for children in different ways. They cook nice food and buy new clothes for them. They also care about their studies. Parents always say "You must work hard", "You should do your homework" and "You should do more maths exercises".
When children get bad marks (分数), their parents will get very angry. They stop their children from watching TV, playing games on the Internet or going outside until they do well in their studies.
Many children want to do things by themselves. They want to do something their parents dislike. They like pop music, basketball and other new things. They enjoy surfing the Internet and playing computer games. It takes them a lot of time to chat online. In their parents’ eyes, these take too much time. For these reasons, parents and children often argue.

My last New Year’s Day holiday

2. Don't buy things that can be used only once. For example, you should use glass cups instead of(代替)paper cups.
3. Dress warmly in the cold season(季节) and use less heat. Dress in cool clothes during the warm season and reduce(减少)the use of air conditioners(空调).
