Thanksgiving is a family festival. It is in winter. On that day, people have a big family dinner. Turkey and pumpkin pie are their traditional food. They also tell Thanksgiving stories and say “thank you” for their food, family and friends.

In China, we also have a family festival. It is the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is in autumn. We eat moon cakes, watch the moon and tell the story about the moon. We have a special family dinner, too.
