An orange carrot can help keep your eyes healthy. It can help keep you from a cold (远离感冒), too. Squeeze this fruit juice for breakfast in the morning.

A yellow banana can give you energy (精力). So, eat some bananas before you play.

Green vegetables can help your bones (骨骼) be strong.

Blueberries (蓝莓) can help you remember (记住) things. Eat this fruit every day to help you study well in school.

Purple grapes can help your blood move (血液流动).

These fruits and vegetables are very helpful for us to make a food rainbow. Eating a rainbow every day is a fun and colorful way to stay healthy.
