Jimmy is a good boy. He wants to do things by himself, but his grandmother always do too many things for him. Last Sunday morning, Jimmy wanted to wash his clothes, but his grandmother saw and said, “Dear, let me wash them for you.” He wanted to clean his room, then his grandmother said: “Let me do it for you, too.” Jimmy asked, “Can you do homework for me?” His grandmother answered, “Sorry, I can’t.”

Last Sunday afternoon, Jimmy went out to play football with his friends in the playground. Two hours later, Jimmy’s grandmother came and she gave him a football. She said to Jimmy, “Oh, dear. There are too many boys. But there’s only one football. There aren’t enough footballs. I think everyone should have a football. So I bought a new football for you.”
