A Baby Bird
Yesterday was a sunny day. Tom and his parents went to the park by bike. In the park, Tom played with a ball. His parents read books by the lake. Then Tom saw a baby bird beside a tree.
“Look, Dad!” said Tom, “There is a baby bird. It can’t fly. Where’s its mum?”
“Over there! In the tree!” said Dad. Then they put the baby bird back to its home. The mother bird was very happy. And Tom was happy too.
