My name is Jim Stone. I am a manager (经理). I usually get up at 7. Then I have breakfast. I have coffee and bread and butter for breakfast. Sometimes I have an egg or hamburger. My wife likes toast and butter (烤面包和奶油). She often has milk or fruit juice. I go to work at 8. I work in an office. I am always very busy. There is a lot of work to do and a lot of people to meet. Lunch is at 12 o'clock. I start work again at 1:30. I leave the office at 6 in the afternoon. And come home at 6:30. I have supper at home. I often watch TV in the evening. I go to bed at about 11 o'clock. My wife goes to bed at 11 o'clock, too. We usually sleep very well.
