(2)对光:一只眼睛注视目镜内,调节
(3)调节:把所需观察的标本放到载物台上,转动准焦螺旋,将镜筒尽量调低。一只眼睛注视目镜内,同时逆时针方向转动准焦螺旋,使镜筒缓缓上升,直到看清为止。
