One rainy afternoon, I had nothing to do at home and felt very bored. “Why not volunteer(自愿) to meet some people and try _________ new?” I thought. So at once _________ my computer, and on a website, I _________ a farm in France wanted some volunteers for a month. It was summer holiday, so I _________ go. I sent them an e-mail, and soon I started working there.

On the farm, I _________ some horses and sheep! I soon found I was a terrible “father”, but I was _________ happy that I made some great friends and also _________ my French. In fact, you needn’t go to other countries to _________. I’ve had lots of volunteer experiences (经历) at home, too.
