Fred liked fish very much. One day, he bought a big fish. Then he went to work. His son saw the fish and thought, “Very good! I can ask my friends to eat it.”
Fred came home in the evening. The fish was not there. His son said, “Oh, Dad, your cat ate the fish.” Fred got angry. He took the cat and his son to the shop and weighed (称重) the cat. Then he said, “Little boy, my fish weighs one kilo (千克) , and the cat weighs one kilo, too. My cat is here, then where is my fish?”
