Changes in my home
Shanghai is in the east of China. It’s near the East China Sea. Do you want to know more about it? It is a best choice (选择) to go to Shanghai History Museum. It tells us the history of Shanghai.
Many years ago, Shanghai was a small village. Not many people lived here. Many of them were fishermen and farmers. Later, people from other places came to Shanghai and it became a town.
Nowadays many people live here. Some of them are from other countries. Some of them are from other provinces (省) or cities. There are many interesting places here too. People like going to Shanghai Centre. It’s one of the highest buildings in Shanghai. They also like going to Yu Garden. It’s old but very beautiful. You can enjoy drinking Chinese tea and try some Shanghai local food there.
Shanghai changes a lot. It becomes a large and modern city in China, even in the world.
